Prime Inc. is a large carrier who is constantly cycling in new fuel efficient trucks. Most trucks are cycled out after 3 years. Pedigree picks a few of the best being cycled out and offers them for sale.
They give you an extremely detailed maintenance report. If their shop so much as changes a light bulb, it shows up in the report. I bought one a few years ago and it was as close as you can get to a new one without paying new truck prices.
