01 INITIAL INSPECTION
Truck enters a dedicated inspection bay. Our technicians complete a full written report covering 100+ checkpoints: brakes, fluids, filters, structural components, electrical systems. Brakes must measure 75% or better, anything less gets replaced with new.
02 MECHANICAL & REPAIRS
DPF is pulled, cleaned, inspected for cracks & reinstalled to OEM spec on trucks over 300k miles. Full oil change, engine air filter replaced. Every inspection flag gets diagnosed & fixed down to minor issues like washer motors.
03 OEM / DYNO VERIFICATION
Engine moves to the dyno bay (except Pittston PA and only Freightliners in SLC). Power & torque tested against manufacturer spec. Oil leak check. Every open manufacturer campaign and recall verified as completed. Nothing moves forward until the drivetrain is confirmed to OEM standard.
04 TIRE SERVICES

That’s a fair preference — Cummins has a loyal following for good reason. But look at what PACCAR is willing to back in writing: 5 years and 600,000 miles on both the engine AND the emissions system. If there were legitimate reliability concerns with the 2021-spec MX-13, they wouldn’t put that on paper. THE ONLINE REPUTATION OF THE MX-13 WORRIES ME. IS THE 2023 VERSION THE SAME ENGINE THAT HAD ALL THE PROBLEMS?
No and this matters. The MX-13 complaints you find online are overwhelmingly from the 2013–2017 EPA13 generation. That engine had real issues with its aftertreatment system, particularly under poor maintenance conditions.
